How to Administer Development Permits in Washington's Shorelines
This practical, hands-on class is intended for local government personnel engaged in shoreline permitting activities. The class will take an in-depth look at the permit process and consider both procedural and substantive shoreline management issues. WAC and RCW provisions will be examined and you will be taken step-by-step through the review process for each type of shoreline permit. Case studies in the afternoon will give you the opportunity to apply information that you learned in the morning presentation and discussion.
