Description: Ecology will be changing the process for submitting SEPA records to the SEPA register. Instead of emailing records to Ecology, lead agencies will use the new SEPA Record Submittal (SRS) portal to enter records and documents.  This training will walk you through the process of getting into the SRS portal and using it to enter your agency SEPA records. This is not a training about SEPA itself and will only cover the new lead agency portal.

The target audience for this training is lead agencies. Additionally, the training will include 30 minutes of instruction and 25 minutes of Q&A. The training will be virtual and implemented through Zoom.

Instructor: Fran Sant is a senior environmental planner for the Shorelands and Environmental Assistance Program at the Washington State Department of Ecology. She has been providing SEPA technical assistance and working on SEPA rulemaking since joining Ecology in 2012. Prior to joining Ecology Fran was with the Governor’s Office for Regulatory Assistance and Innovation.
